High level and conceptual

It is vitaly important that your expectations are understood and agreed upon in advance, so that they can be met. We’ll need to discuss the desired outcome at a high level; not in detail at this stage, but enough to create a beautiful conceptual drawing to help us visualise the outcome. Unless we need to create multiple drawings, this part of the engagement process is usually without fee.

Finalise Design

Detailed Site Survey, 3D Modelling,

Once the desired outcome has been agreed we can begin work together to create a map of exactly how we will achieve it. This is where the detailed work begins and a Fee Proposal will be created for you to sign. Normally there will be agreed fees from this point on, because our time and effort is chargeable.
Fee Proposal Plan, Document, Quantify This provides a firm understanding and agreement between us on what quality levels you expect, realistic and reliable timescales for us to work by, and no nasty budget ‘surprises’ for anyone involved.   There are three types of Fee Proposal from EDEN;   1. Time Only Using data gathered from site surveys, you will recieve a consultation document providing advice and a set of technical drawings mapping out an agreed design, leaving you to proceed with the rest of the project on your own.   2. Time and Materials (T&M) Architectural landscaping and bespoke features such as pergolas and ponds are the bones of a garden, complimenting the planting. An EDEN T&M proposal includes not only the design blueprints but also the supply of materials such as plants, treated wood, lighting, water features and hardscaping.   3.  Full Project EDEN will see to it that your garden is transformed according to the agreed design and plan, compliant with planning and building regulations, and with minimal input from you.  There will be various check points for your attention, however the idea is for you to sit back, relax and watch the transformation. All our projects are run in line with PRINCE2 project management methodology,
