There’ll be many more pictures to add, but not necessarily on this website. Facebook and LinkedIn will have updates, and there’ll be videos on gardening tips, plus the vlog on Digging Deep. EnvironMental For many of us, 2020 was a really tough year. When you consider the amount of time we’ve all had to spend locked down, it’s more important than ever to take care of our minds as well as our bodies. Digging Deep is a venture that helps people with diagnosed long term mental illness connected to their job. Most commonly this is Depression and Anxiety, but can also include PTSD. 	Eden Landscape Design Les Eyzies, Palm Grove, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, JE2 3ZZ 	info@edenlandscapedesign.com 	http://www.edenlandscapedesign.com JOIN US Visit our social profiles for regular tweets and posts, and the VLOG; Digging Deep. An Eden proposal includes not only the design blueprints but also the supply of materials such as plants, treated wood, lighting, water features and hardscaping, should you desire. We include this in a Time and Materials Proposal (T&M). Procurement & Project Management Eden will see to it that your garden is transformed according to the agreed design and plan, compliant with planning and building regulations as required, and with minimal input from you. There’ll be various check points for your attention, however the idea is for you to sit back, relax and watch the transformation. All our projects are run in line with PRINCE2 project management methodology. Future Development & Plant Consultancy Gardens evolve over time, and without some sort of strategy things can take over or die back. Weather patterns take their toll, especially on exposed sites, and so Eden offers help and advice on what to grow where for long and short term gains, as well as effective strategies against weeds, invasive species, pests and diseases. Consultation We’ll need to discuss the desired outcome at a high level; not in detail at this stage, but enough to create a beautiful conceptual drawing to help us visualise the outcome. Unless multiple drawings are required, an initial consultation is usually without fee. Survey This is where the detailed work begins and a Fee Proposal will be created for you to sign. Normally there’ll be agreed fees from this point on, because our time and effort is chargeable. Once the desired outcome has been agreed we’ll begin work on creating a map of exactly how we’ll achieve it and a Site Survey is the first step. Design & Planning It is vitally important that your expectations are understood and agreed upon in advance, so that they can be met. There’ll be lots of opportunities to refine and perfect your design, and using our 3D modelling software we can work to millimetre accuracy, and quantify the materials needed and costs.
1. Time Only 2. Time & Materials 3. Full Project
Here’s how it works; 1.	Show me the space you’re working with. 2.	We share our thoughts. 3.	A conceptual sketch is created. If you like the sketch and wish to employ my skills to turn it into reality, I’ll present a Proposal to make this happen and a Fee for the effort required in doing so. “From simple, elegant designs to lush tropical creations, my work is engineered appropriately to suit your budget, quality expectations and unique tastes.
